Customer Center with SSL/TLS Enabled Not Working in HA And LB Setup
(Doc ID 2488953.1)

Applies to:
Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management - Version 7.5.0.20.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
It is observed that Customer Center (CC) with SSL/TLS enabled is not working in HA (High Availability) and LB (Load Balancer) setup. The user has deployed CC on Tomcat on the primary site. There is a secondary site with another instance of CC deployed on Tomcat.
The BRM(Billing and Revenue Management) instance and CC are SSL/TLS enabled. Server and Client wallets have been setup and certificates created per BRM 7.5 documentation. The user plans to use 'F5' Load Balancer for CC traffic load balancing and plans to provide Load Balancer's <HOSTNAME> on CC's login panel.
Question 1:
There are multiple "SSL Handshake failed" errors observed which have caused CM child crashed. What is the cause of these errors and how can this be avoided?
Question 2:
Here the user plans to use the same instance of CC to connect to multiple CMs on different hosts. Is the hostname check enabled for SSL/TLS processing? If yes, how to set the certificate to enable CC to connect to multiple hosts?
Are there any instructions for F5 LB applicable for CC to work with it?
