Internet Explorer Browser Does Not Allow to Save JNLP File as Part of the RWMS Terminal Server Setup (Doc ID 2489437.1)

Symptoms

As per instructions under section "Setup and Configure JNLP Launch Shortcut for Kiosk Mode" on page 108 in RWMS 16.0.1 Installation Guide, it asks to download frmservlet.jnlp file and rename it suitably. However after invoking the RF URL with Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) v11 browser, the hand held scanner login page is displayed but there is no option to download JNLP file.
