RDMT Scan Does Not Show Data from the Topic - Hence Cannot Purge Orphan Data (Doc ID 2490181.1)

Symptoms



The RDMT tool does not scan data from the Topics through the background query on the JMS AQ schema shows the records. As as a result, you cannot do any purging of the orphan data from the Topic.
  
What is Working
-----------------------
On the other hand, if RDMT finds data then it can purge the data successfully.

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------

1. On the Scan only two topics are found with records.

2. Tried to purge the ETXODER table that has 7 records but the RDMT shows no records for the ETXORDER topic and it says there is nothing to delete.
