On ALM 8.0.5, when validating GAP results for floating products, some unexpected results are generated.
There are two dynamic start dates defined as below:
Start_date_index --> 1 at 0 Days
Start_date_index --> 2 at 30 Years
For certain records from FSI_D_LOAN_CONTRACTS, under result_type_cd = 0 (current business), there are cash flows coming for start_date_index 1 and 2, for Financial Elements (FEs) 660,662 and 672.
Its a floating product, maturing at reprice date or maturity date, whichever is earlier. As per data, the records are repricing at 3 months frequency.
Thus, the cash flow events for > 30 Y should not be generated.
Please clarify above statement on this behavior, and/or the cash flow fields causing this issue.
