When a customer is searched in call entry, and if the customer is included in an active event, the event information table is populated.  The business would like to include the value from a project-specific option menu that is on Event Details.  In the standard product configuration, only the PRIMARY_CAUSE_OM (ie the Primary Cause column) is show.  What is required to display the project-specific option menu?
