Agile RUP4 - Advanced Search For Specific Criteria Is Not Accepting Input Value And Getting Error (Doc ID 2491202.1)

Symptoms

After applying Agile 936 RUP4 update users are getting below issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Go to Advanced Search
2. Enter search criteria as below
  User Groups->Internal->Role(s)-> Contains Any -> User Group Owner, User Group Administrator

when enter search user received the error message "Please specify input value for each criteria prior to running search"
