'Severe System Error [75] occurred.' Error Occurs During Container Lookup (Doc ID 2491338.1)

When searching for a container that came from an inactive supplier, a severe system error occurs. When filtering in the DSD Receiving list, the user is able to enter an inactive supplier number and Supplier site is inactive error occurs.

Steps to Reproduce:

 (Issue 1):

1. Navigate to Lookups > Container Lookup
2. Enter the container ID from a stored delivery in which the supplier is inactive

Note: Leave the field empty and searching for all containers yields the same results

 (Issue 2):

1. Navigate to Shipping/Receiving > DSD Receiving
2. Select Filter
3. Attempt to enter a supplier site from an inactive supplier

Note the error message: Supplier Site is inactive
