Unable to Launch P6 Professional From SGD 5.4

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Before upgrading, SGD 5.4 on a Linux box and P6 16.x client on a Windows 2008 box as an EC2 instance in AWS Cloud is being used.
P6 Professional 16.x installed and added as Remote App in Windows 2008 R2 - Consumed by End user successfully.
After upgrade P6 client to 18.8.x, P6 Professional 18.8.x Installed and added as Remote App in Windows 2008 R2 - the app does not launch.
End user accessing remotely. RDP session is showing blank page after launch P6 Professional from SGD.
P6 should launch successfully.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login Oracle cloud environment.
2. Start P6 client through PVD.
3. Observe the RDP session is showing a blank page.
