Symptoms

On Applications Oracle Argus Safety Version : 8.1.2

During the acceptance of EMA R3 E2B Follow-up file using standard profile, the initial receipt date is being overwritten with the follow-up interchange acceptance date.

Applicable to R3 E2B followup import only.



Steps


 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.

 1. Import and accept an EMA E2B R3 Initial - make a note of the Initial Receipt Date and Central Receipt date in the accepted case
 2. Import a Follow-up R3 for same case
 3. E2B Differences Report
 4. Uncheck initial receipt and followup receipt data
 5. Data is updated regardless of selection by user.
