Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Thumbnail Navigator shows N/A icon

Expected Behavior

Thumbnail Navigator can show Correct file image icon

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Upload Attachment File to Object
  2.  Open Thumbnail Navigator
