On :  8.0.6.1.0 version, Metadata such as T2T, F2T, etc_OFSS

When attempting to execute batches having T2Ts and DTs as tasks , the following error occurs.

No specific error message in logs but following message appears in UI
[10869] Could not fetch details regarding the given Information Domain.

Issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try executing batches having T2Ts and DTs as tasks after OFSAAI 8.0.6.1.0 upgrade.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot execute batches.

After upgrading OFSAAI to 8.0.6.1.0.
