AutoVue for Agile 21.0.2 Does not Install Correctly (Doc ID 2492096.1)

Goal

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When installing AutoVue for Agile 21.0.2 on Agile PLM 9.3.6.0 instance (Database, Application server, File Manager installed in single box), install did not complete successfully.

- Install Complete windows did not appear during the install.
- There was no log : InstallVS21.0.1.dbg generated in <AGILE_HOME>\Install\logs directory
- webfs.war file located in <AGILE_HOME>\agileDomain\applications directory was not updated after the install

STEPS
1. Install Agile PLM 9.3.6.0
2. Install AutoVue for Agile 21.0.2
