Franchise Orders (Integrated Through EDI) Allow Items Not Ranged To The Franchise Store

When a Franchise Order is created via upload (WFORDUPLD.KSH) and the order contains an item/customer location that is not ranged in RMS, the order gets created without a customer cost on the Franchise Order Detail record, which in turn crashes the RMS Manage Franchise Order screen with an error which reads:
An error has occurred rendering the navigation item. Please contact your System Administrator.
Unexpected exception caught:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create a flat file for wf order.
- Process flat file for wf order upload using wfordupld batch.
