Disbursement Advanced Search Screen Crashes (Doc ID 2492894.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.0.8 version, Disbursements

On the main screen when selecting Disbursement and selecting the Advanced search the screen crashes.

On the main screen when selecting Policy and selecting the Advanced search, the screen appears.
If we change to Disbursement the screens crashes with a different error than above.

HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server Error


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to main screen where the advanced search can be performed.
2. Select find as Disbursement.
3. Click on the advanced button. Crash Occurs

Unable to perform the search using any advanced features
