Is it Possible to Combine Multi-Value EDR Tags? (Doc ID 2492998.1)

Goal

On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC), when a service is rated from balances in a Balance Cascade (and the entire cost is split across multiple balance types), the resulting Charging Control Services (CCS) Event Data Record (EDR) will have certain tags contain comma separated values, for example:

Is it possible to combine these values into a single EDR tag value?  For example, "BALANCES=3000".
