Symptoms
- Unable to open the data entry window for any CRF in RDC Onsite.
- When pressing on the CRF icon in RDC Onsite, a pop-up window shows up on the Middle Tier Server displaying the message:
Changes
In this particular case, customer ran out of disk space on D:\ drive (where he had Oracle Client installed) , he performed some disk cleanup and the Oracle Client was deleted.
