Issue While Adding Characteristics On Hold Request UI (Doc ID 2493467.1)

Symptoms

On ORMB 2.5.0.3, Issue while adding Hold Characteristics in Hold Request UI.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------------
When user is trying to add a characteristic on hold request, UI is showing a timer which stays in the UI until the user save the record.
It is getting a feel to the user that the UI is hanged.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------------
The Hold request on Add/Edit action , the user should be able to edit the hold entities while even characteristics has only one record in the Hold Request.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log-in to ORMB.
2. Create a Person , Account and Contract .
3. Create a Hold Request with navigation: Main Menu -> Financial -> Hold Request -> Add
4. Add/Edit records in Hold Entities section for the given hold request.
5. Save the Hold Request .
6. Edit the Hold Request to add Characteristics with atleast 1 record.
7. Again repeat Step4.
8. The user should be able to add/edit the Hold Entities in the given Hold Request.
9. Save the changes and view the changes are present.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add Hold Characteristics. Note that the issue occurs even if there is only one record in the Hold Request.
This is not due to performance or UI hanged, as users are getting this only when trying to add a Characteristics on hold.
