Customer has a custom component
If they log into Business Modeler as a user under that component who has the System Manager Permissions and have all the modules selected including Demantra Administrative Tools and Security Management, and try to edit a user email for another user with the same modules assigned, they get the message, as soon as they double click on that user as below:

Unable to Edit User <USERNAME> due to Module Access restrictions
You are not allowed to edit a User that has access to Modules that you do not have access to

Could they be getting the error because USER=<USERNAME> is the owner of the component? Did something change since Demantra 7.3.1.4 that no longer allows a user (other than SysAdmin) to edit the component owner?
