Deleting a Stock Count in SIM Does Not Delete the Same Count in RMS (Doc ID 2493899.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM), when a stock count is created, the count gets transmitted and created in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), but when a stock count is deleted in SIM, it does not get deleted in RMS.

Steps to Recreate:

1. Create a stock count in SIM. The stock count also gets transmitted to RMS.
2. If you delete a stock count in SIM, it doesn't get deleted in RMS.
