MDEX Is Unavailable Error In Location Column of Experience Manager Rules (Doc ID 2494123.1)

Symptoms

On :  11.3.1 version, Customer Experience (Xmgr, Assembler, Workbench, Application Development)

When attempting to edit the location of the rule in the experience manager, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"MDEX is unavailable"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to experience manager.
2. Goto to rules and see the location column
3. The above error is seen.
4. And this error is thrown for only few products.


Changes

Importing dimension from different environment and run the baseline.
