Why Does The PPM Gates Show The Wrong Schedule Status? (Doc ID 2494362.1)

Goal

Why does the PPM Gates show the wrong Schedule Status?  This Gate Schedule Status shows "On Track" when it should show "Off Track" because the Gates Schedule shows 07-Jan-2019 & today's date is 08-Jan-2019.
