FA Type change from C1FieldActivityMaintenance XAI Service is returning error when change is from M-INSMTR to M-READ:

When changing FA Type from M-INSMTR to M-CUT, it changes the FA Type and deletes all of the Steps, but does not add the Steps for the new FA Type.
