Symptoms

On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, Mobile Apps

The OMA client occasionally crashes when it attempts to download maps for the first time.

The log contains this error:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'removeAllFeatureLayers' of undefined
    at nmsCrewMapModel.self.appResetViewer (mapo.js:1371)
    at self.updateNextMap (mapo.js:3136)

After restarting the client, the map download completes as expected.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deploy cesejb.ear to one managed server in a given domain
2. Following the OMA Install/Deploy Guide, deploy the nms-ws.ear to a separate managed server in the same domain
3. Start the NMS MS, then start the nms-ws managed server.
4. The second managed server will never displays the "OMA established connection with NMS Managed Server" message.
