Cannot Save New Currency in OFSAA from Rate Management

Symptoms
On OFSAA 8.0.6 after upgrading, no new currencies can be created.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When entering a new value and pressing the Save button, it does nothing.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Common Object Maintenance -> Rate Management -> Currencies
2. Click Add button
3. Enter information and Save
