Getting SQL Error code 000099997 In XAI Service In Upgraded CCB 2.5.0.2. (Doc ID 2495139.1)

On : 2.5.0.2.0 version, XAI - XAI

Getting error in XAI service in upgraded CCB 2.5.0.2 local system.

User upgrading CCB from 2.3 to CCB 2.5.0.2
After applying Various Framework and Application patches in local systems, we were testing the functionality of 2.3 in upgraded 2.5.0.2 local system , but while testing in CCB 2.5.0.2 local system , the XAI Service CASE which has BASE as adapter , SERVICE NAME = CILQCASP and REQUEST SCHEMA = Case.xsd is throwing the error in response which is attached, whereas the same service is running perfectly fine in CCB 2.3.
