Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), an FTP Process hangs when processing a product with the Transfer Pricing method = Straight Term and the Mid-Period Reprice option selected.  The FTP Process remains in the "Processing" status indefinitely and the last SQL in the ofstp.xxxxxxx.log selects source data:

and a.PRODUCT_ID = :PRODUCT_ID
and as_of_date = to_date('07/ 31/ 2017', 'mm/ dd/ yyyy')
and LEGAL_ENTITY_ID = - 1

There is nothing in the log after this SQL.  The process never completes.
