Worksheets Are Hanging When Fiscal Levels Are Used In Aggregations (Doc ID 2496053.1)

On : 12.2.6.2 version, Worksheet

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Customer is on 12.2.6.2
and applied  Patch 25420760
This patch brings in the RefreshPopulationOnUpdate parameter
After they applied patch and enabled the the RefreshPopulationOnUpdate their
GL import started to work fine

However as a result of this patch and parameter worksheets hang and do not open at when fiscal level (general level)  are
added at the aggregation in the worksheet .


It is creating some temp table, (T_COMB_XXX) where it hangs. In addition  it
hangs the managed server as other users are not able to login and performance
goes really down

No errors in the collaborator logs

If they remove the these general levels (Fiscal month/quarter/year), the
worksheet loads fine


The very same worksheet used to work fine with these levels, before applying
the patch and enabling the parameter and the worksheet would load

1. Using general levels when opening a worksheet
2. Query is executing and it is hanging the server.
