Actual Behavior

File Upload Manager Window Will Not Close When Clicking 'X' on IE11 after completion of file upload

Expected Behavior

File Upload Manager Window Will Close When Clicking 'X' on IE11

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Log in to Web Client by using IE11
  2.  Upload with Start Upload Immediately:ON on File Upload Manager
