Wrong Dates In Billing Care For Bill In Progress: 31/Dec/69 - 31/Dec/69 (Doc ID 2496203.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
"Bill in Progress" dates are wrong for all subscribers on Billing Care User Interface. This issue can be observed on "Item Adjustment Details" window where the displayed values are: 31/Dec/69 - 31/Dec/69.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bill dates from "Item Adjustment Details" should be set according to current date of the bill.



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------------
1. Login to BRM machine;
2. Navigate to $PIN_HOME/sys/test;
3. Set the BRM date to 21-Dec by using pvt(pin_virtual_time) tool;
4. Create an account in billing care with a monthly cycle forward charge offer. The bill cycle will be 21-Dec to 21-Jan
5. In the "Bills" section, Bill In Progress dates are correctly displayed;
6. Click on Service Charges and create a "New Adjustment" from Action Menu.
7. Save the Adjustment;
8. Click on " Show Charge Changes " and choose "Item Adjustment"
9. "Item Adjustment Details" is displayed: Bill dates are set to: 31/Dec/69 - 31/Dec/69.
