Priceitem Parm Group Id Being Stamped As '1' After TXNIP (Doc ID 2496501.1)

Symptoms

On RMB v2.6.0.1.0, Priceitem Parm Group Id being Stamped as '1' after TXNIP.

ACTUAL RESULTS
--------------------------------
After running the TXNIP batch, the priceitem_parm_grp_id derived in CI_TXN_DTL_PRITM is '1', although a combination of the parameters are present in CI_PRICEITEM_PARM_GRP_K table with a priceitem_parm_grp_id generated.

Whereas some transactions with same combination of the parameters has the correct priceitem_parm_grp_id being stamped.

EXPECTED RESULTS

Correct priceitem_parm_grp_id should be stamped for all transactions with the same combination of parameters.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load 2M records with status 'UPLD in CI_TXN_DETAIL_STG table.
2. Run TFM batches.
