Some Schedule Definitions Are Not Being Imported into an Empty Environment (Doc ID 2496508.1)

Last updated on MARCH 08, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Health Insurance Enterprise Policy Administration - Version 3.18.3.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When loading configuration into a new, empty environment, six of the schedule definitions are not being imported. The import itself looks to be successful because there are not any messages related to the import of the schedule definitions. The messages we see are the messages related to the usage of the SCDI_ID when inserting schedule dimension values and the usage of the adjustment rule on the group account product.
Error messages:
GEN-ORA-01400: "SCDI_ID" column is mandatory for table "POL_SCH_DIMENSION_VALUES"
and
GEN-MIGR-001: Cannot find "Schedule Definition" with Key "LSCD" used by "Group Account" "LERIBESCOE"

The expected behavior is that 14 Schedule Definitions that are available in the CMT (Configuration Migration Tool) file are imported.
