On : 10.2.0.31 version, Cycle Issues

Encountering SQLException with Patch 10.2.0.33A and 10.2.0.33B Patch Cycle Web Component
Fails to start Scheduled Valuation for Contracts with configured transaction is resulting in the following exception:
