Goal
On : 2.6.0.1.0 version, ENV - Environment
Unable to update Application service for base-framework batch controls
Error thrown that, user cannot change application service as the owner is Base.
But ideally application service should be editable right for base Batch Controls as well.
user can edit application service on base business objects, scripts etc. Then even for base batch controls also application service should be editable.
