Components issued to Work Orders are not getting collected when Collecting Service Parts Usage History - Depot Repair

1) To create a work order and issue components go to Depot Repair Engineer > Depot Repair > Repair Orders - create a new order for an item that has components and issue out the components for that order.
2) To run the parts collection go to Service Supply Chain Planner Responsibility > Collections > Oracle Systems > Collect Service Parts Usage History - Depot Repair

SQL check for collected data

LEVEL1 - Item name
LEVEL1_SR_PK - sr_inventory_item_id
LEVEL2 - Org Code
lEVEL2_SR_PK - Org_id
SDATE - Date
EBS_USG_QTY  - Quantity
