ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
If last name of a Client is shown in CaseScreen or RoleScreen, the users view a translation of it, if one exists.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
A Client name should never be translated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter as LastName for a Client "Test".
2. Put that Client as Insured in an app (in the CaseScreen of default db, Insured Last Name appears in CaseScreen).
3. Since, in default db, the translation (en-US) is Testrrrrr, the Insured Last Name shown in CaseScreen will appear as Testrrrrr.

If that Client doesn't have a first name, Testrrrrr will also appear in role screen.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
User could be confused as to whether they have correct case or client for a role.
