Web Call Entry Does not Populate City Field After Searching on Fuzzy Call

On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, Web Call Entry
WCE not fully populating from Call History load
Complaint that not all information is populating in the main WCE screen when you load a call from the Call History screen for a fuzzy call.
Any field filled in for a fuzzy call should get populated when loading from Call History
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Launch Web Call Entry
- Place an All-Out FUZZY call with these values:
Name: Ichabod Crane
Address: 123 Headless Horseman LN
City: Sleepy Hollow
- Submit the call.
Remember the Call ID.
- Search by Call ID.
- In the Call History window, select the call you just placed.
- Press the "Load main Call Entry window using current data"
Only the Name and Address field get populated.
The Telephone, City and Zip fields are empty.
