ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When one tries to delete a balance, the call ends but 1 second is left in that balance. Looking at the logs it was discovered that during the update we authorize a 10 seconds call, but for some reason the validity of the reservation is 9. As a result, OC3C (Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller) is returning to the network that it can only talk 9 seconds.
Why in the first case the Validity is recalculated to less than the reservation?
