MRP does not honor working days in shift. Manufacturing calendar has non working days. In the shift, the resource is always available. When running MRP plan, MRP calculate Sugg Start Date based on manufacturing calendar only. The shift is not honorred.

For example, MRP suggests item lead time 6 days and consider Sat and Sun as non-working days.
Item lead time:6
Sugg Start Date:11-JAN-2019
Sugg Due Date:21-JAN-2019

The setup of manufacturing calendar.
The working days are from Monday to Friday.
The setup of shift for the resource:
Bills of Materials(N)Routings - Routings
For the operation resource, Available 24 Hours is unchecke, Schedule is set to Yes.
Bills of Materials(N)Routings - Departments - (B)Resource - (B) Shifts
The 2 sifts which have 7 working days are assigned. One shift time is from 9:00 to 18:00 and other shift time is from 18:00 to 9:00 so that the resource is available during 24 hours.
