Goal

Users often complaint that it takes from 30 seconds to 1 minute or more when changing the dispatch area on the dispatcher shift and loading the CDI with the new area's engineers and activities.  Planners covering lunches/breaks/sickness/holidays can’t open the whole area as to big but also can't change between views depending on which engineer calls in.
