Symptoms

On :  3.18.2.0.0 version

Reprocess Criteria Request to OHI 3.18.2 and 3.18.3 are throwing HTTP 500.  Attempting Reprocess Criteria Request on OHI 3.18.2 and OHI 3.18.3 instances and we are getting HTTP 500 Internal Server Error with below response:
