Symptoms

On : 5.0 version, Docucreate IC

The DocumakerFP Merge Service (isidmg32.exe.*32) is shutting down when running certain Correspondence .DTF forms. It is causing the log folder .OUT files to be 0 byte and it doesn't complete.
