Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Supplies for Items set to Release time fence code "Do not Release (Auto or Manual)" are being auto-released by the Auto Release Planned Orders program.

Expected Behavior
Supplies for Items set to Release time fence code "Do not Release (Auto or Manual)" should NOT be auto-released by the Auto Release Planned Orders program.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create item with setting RELEASE TIME FENCE in MPS / MRP Planning Attribute to "Do not Release (Auto or Manual)
  2. Create demands for the item
  3. Launch MPS plan for the item and Auto Release Planned Orders program
