Symptoms
OC5.2 env : 'apply_oc5.2.0.60.bat' fails with 'the system cannot find the patch specified' on Windows DB server.
Note : this can happen on both OC 5.0.1 / 5.2 environments (but will work fine if the 5.2.0.60 patch is applied to a 5.1 Windows DB server) :
c:\opapps\oc\52\patch\oc5.2.0.60>apply_oc5.2.0.60.bat Log file c:\opapps\oc\52\patch\oc5.2.0.60\apply_oc5.2.0.60.log Applying patch oc5.2.0.60 to opa_oc_server_win component... The system cannot find the path specified. File not found - C:\OPAPPS\OC\51\PATCH\OC5.2.0.60\APPLY_OPA_OC_SERVER_WIN_OC5.2.0.60.LOG File not found - C:\OPAPPS\OC\51\PATCH\OC5.2.0.60\APPLY_OPA_OC_SERVER_WIN_OC5.2.0.60.LOG Patch applied successfully The system cannot find the path specified.
