Symptoms

Item status is not changed to delete pending after deleting the item in maintain screen.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Log in to RMS application.
2) Go to Tasks -> Items -> Manage Items.
3) Search for an item in Status 'Worksheet'.
4) Edit any item.
5) In Item screen click Delete button.
6) Click 'Yes' when pop-up appears.
7) Go back to Search Item screen.
8) Search for deleted item.
9) Notice that status is still set as 'Worksheet'.
