RPAS 16.0.3.60 through 16.0.3.62 : copyDomain Clears Data from the Source Domain and Destination Domain (Doc ID 2500296.1)

Symptoms

copyDomain is erasing measure data from both the source domain and destination domain

Note:  RPAS 16.0.3.60 through 16.0.3.62 are the only versions in which this problem occurs.  They have been deleted from download from MOS and only 16.0.3.63 should be available.  The problem is fixed in all other unreleased versions which will eventually be released.  Thus, if you are using one of the aforementioned versions, it is very important that you do not run copyDomain.  You must patch up to 16.0.3.63 before doing so.
