Item Induction Upload Fails With an Error 'ORA-01840' When Date Field is configured with Lowest_allowed_value or Highest_allowed_Value (Doc ID 2500308.1)

Symptoms

When trying to upload an item that has cfa_Attrib type 'date' with lowest_allowed_value or highest_allowed_Value configured , it always fails with the below error 

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Define date attribute in Custom Flex Atrributes Setup(CFAS) setup, with lowest allowed value other than null.

                  > Select *  from cfa_attrib where group_id in (x)  and storage_col_name like 'DATE%'   and lowest_allowed_value is not null;

       2. Navigate to items-> download items from RMS .Download the items template for an item with a value on the CFA_ATTRIB type date and lowest_allowed_value or highest_allowed_value filled.

       3. Navigate  to items -> upload items from file and use the same file that was downloaded .

       4. An error occurs "ORA-01840: input value not long enough for date format returned by program unit CFA_VALIDATE_SQL.VALIDATE_ATTRIB."
