Billing Care: Purchase Add On Deals - Deals List Does Not Get Loaded Intermittently

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 184.108.40.206.0 version, Customer Care,
When the user try to open the add-on purchase deal page in Billing Care and then choose, service and service type, the list of deals get displayed in the right panel.
It was observed that at times the deals do not get loaded and the page remains blank without any deals to show. They do not see any cm errors. Can it be something with browser or cache?
They tried with Chrome and Mozilla but get the same issue in both browsers.
Is there a possibility that there is a timeout happening at Billing Care end as we see following error message in the Billing Care weblogic logs:
