Event Browser Percentage Credit Adjustment Does Not Consider Discount on the Charge (Doc ID 2500728.1)

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 7.5.0.19.0 version, when making percentage credit adjustments in the Customer Center Event Browser, discounts against the charges are not taken into account.

Case 1: Credit Adjustment does not take into account the discount on the charge.

While doing credit adjustments through a custom Event Browser template by selecting the percentage option, the adjustment does not take into account the discount on the charge.

For example:

Charge = $20
Discount = $-5

Select 50% credit adjustment, it adjusts by $10 and not by $7.50, ie. the discount is not being taken into account while calculating the adjustment amount from the percentage.

It is expected that the discount should be taken into account while calculating the adjustment amount from the percentage.

Case 2: Issue with Full amount adjustment

1. With a charge of $100 and a discount of 50%, the final charge is -$50 and the amount left for adjustment is $50
2. When applying a 60% adjustment, this results in a $30 discount as expected
3. The remaining balance is now $20
4. If a full amount adjustment is now done, it adjusts $70.  This is not correct and it should $20
