Job Returned: -10 Error When Running an RM Stochastic Process Id (Doc ID 250074.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run an RM Stochastic Process ID, the job fails with "Job Returned: -10" errors.  The following specific errors are found in the ofsrm.XXXX log file on the server:
