Able to Delete Item Season From Item During The Editing Even Though Marked as Default (Doc ID 2501014.1)

Item Season should always be required attribute for both the creation of a new item and the maintenance of an existing item once attribute is setups a mandatory value in the Merch Hierarchy Defaults. However when maintaining this "mandatory" Item Season attribute, RMS only highlights the season as mandatory on the creation of the item and not the maintenance of the item.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set Seasons as Mandatory for the Merchandise Hierarchy default for a particular Department.
2. Create an Item within the department.
3. Submit the Item without entering in the Item Seasons - Should get an error.
4. Fill out the item season. Submit and approve the item.
5. Search and open the item created.
6. Reopen the Season of item and remove the season information.
7. Save and Close the season screen - Should show another error but it doesn't.
